Preemie Prints Awareness Jewelry Giveaway

We are giving away a beautiful 3 piece jewelry set in an effort to raise awareness about 

prematurity and Preemie Prints. We hope you will participate! 

The contest will begin Tuesday, July 19th at 8:00 a.m.

and will end one week later, July 26th at 8:00 a.m. 

Winners will be chosen randomly on July 27th by random.org 

and will be notified by a Preemie Prints volunteer.

1st Place: Jewelry Set including necklace, bracelet, and earrings (valued/pictured above at $75.00)

2nd Place: $20.00 Visa Gift Card

Here’s how to participate:

1. Visit www.preemieprints.org

2. Click on the Information tab and proceed to the information blog. 

If you already at the information blog, just scroll down the post and find the quiz button!

3. Take the Preemie Awareness Quiz (+1 entry)

Want more chances to win? 

4. Leave a comment under the giveaway blog post (+1 entry)

5. Become a “follower” of the information blog (+1 entry)

6. “Like” the Preemie Prints Fan Page or Sign up for the newsletter

What if I’m already a fan and/or subscriber?

7. Get your friends and family involved by sending them to “Like” our fan page

AND/OR  Subscribe to our newsletter

8. Tell them to notify you when they have 

9. Leave another comment under this giveaway post (on the information blog)

with the name of each person you’ve brought to Preemie Prints. 

Remember the jewelry set is beautiful, but our goal with the giveaway is to raise awareness. 

By participating at this level you are helping to do just that!

There are 2 ways to do this:  

A. Leave a comment with each person’s first name OR 

B. Collect their names & at the end of the week leave 1 comment listing them all

Either way each name = +1 additional entry
